Records Storage Process
- Documents/Records are picked directly from Client's Office and are shipped to our Warehouse.
- Document indexing is done to identify each document separately and making it easier to search.
- Barcode Tags are created to capture details about indexed documents from above step.
- Documents/Records are stored physically in our boxes.
- Boxes are continuously monitored using CCTV.
- Boxes are also kept safe from Pests and fire.
- You can request your documents through Hand Delivery, Courier or Scan copy in whenever you want.
